Great experience for chocolate lovers

This was such a wonderful tour. We would have missed so much about the city of Zurich if we hadn't participated in this tour. Our guide was amazing! We had someone join the walking tour who was on a walker--it slowed the group down, but the guide was very patient and did her best to accommodate. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the places she showed us--not just chocolate places, but the city as well. This was one our favorite activities from our 6 country tour. The chocolates were simply amazing as well. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Our guide was wonderful, she showed us 5 different spots and different kinds of sweets. She was very adaptable to trying different things. She was excellent with our diverse group. She had all sorts of knowledge of the town, explained how things have changed over her years of living in Zurich. Also was able to make a great dinner recommendation for us (Thank you)! I try and take a food tour of some sort in almost every major city. This one was truly excellent, and gave a great view of different parts of the city very quickly.

Lexi was amazing! We had so much fun and tasted some great chocolate and other sweets. While wandering the little streets and alleys I saw a handbag that I wanted to check out. Lexi took the time to take us back to the boutique at the end of our tour.

The tour (and our guide) was outstanding. We covered both large and small shops. We interacted with the personnel in each shop and enjoyed just the right amount of samples. Our guide was outstanding. She had done her homework and had the answers to all of our questions. I highly recommend the tour.

one of the worst tour ever. Spent...

one of the worst tour ever. Spent 450 cad for 4 people only to eat slivers of chocolate tasting where any tourist could eat without joining group. We were promised ice cream, nougat, parlines and blah blah blah. Didnt happen. We only ate a mini cupcake, picked three chocolate and litterlly the rest is just slivers of chocolate shavings anyone can eat without joing this overpriced tour. Lexi seems nice but that does not justify the price paid and calling a chocolate and sweet walking tour. We started at springli, the oldest chocolatier in zurich, she made us stand in front of a busy intersection, talked for 15 minute about the chocolate then told us there are no tasting there, we are just going in and browse around. Ridiculous. Never again! Dont waste your money.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you did not enjoy your Chocolate and Sweets walking tour with us. We understand everyone has different experiences and we always encourage speaking out and leaving a public review if something is not to your liking. We are always striving to improve our tour offerings and feedback is helpful. However, after speaking to your guide, we understand there were several instances during tastings when you turned down the sweets offered. We know not all desserts are to everyone's liking, but we are saddened to hear you would indicate no sweets were offered at all, when that was not the case. Although all guests may have different expectations of our tour, we pride ourselves on providing a unique experience that is about the enjoyable nature of walking around, tasting sweets, finding new shops, and learning about the sweets and the city itself. As the availability may differ from day to day, not all sweets may be offered. For example, you may not have received an ice cream tasting that day, but this was substituted with hot chocolate and other items instead. Our tour does take place near a popular square with a few trams, making us easy to locate. However, please be aware, this tour is in old town Zürich, which is small and none of the intersections are particularly busy or bustling. This helps provide a relaxing experience for our guests. Once again, we are sorry to hear you this tour did not meet your expectations but we hope you were able to enjoy your overall time in Zürich.
