So beautiful. Alex our guide went above and beyond. The tour showed us so much of the island. It was an amazing tour
Not as expected.

This is NOT what we signed up for. We chose this tour because it was "early morning", but the tour guide was an hour late. We completely understand the inability to see the viewpoint due to fire concerns and it was closed. And we understand there was a possibility we would not go to shipwreck beach due to weather. However, weather did not impact any other boat from docking, so why were we not permitted to go via our private boat? We were loaded onto a general public boat to go to shipwreck beach and were not allowed to dock. At first they said it was weather, but other boats were docking so not sure why we were not permitted to board the private boat to go to the beach. It also said we would visit other secluded beaches, but every beach we visited was very public and crowded.
Great adventure

Best tour guide ever!!! It was a special experience thanks to George! Private beach, cruising, swimming in the caves, great views, adventure, we had everything! Thanks again!
Average trip, not as described
, Aug 2021
This tour was not as described here on Viator. We specifically chose this tour rather than just taking the 25 euro local boat trip in resort to Navagio and Blue Caves because this tour was described as early morning, arriving at the beach before the crowds and it also included a trip to the view point - neither of which happened. Our tour guide was almost an hour late picking us up to start with and then we headed to the view point first (not as described on here), but when arriving the authorities closed the viewpoint due to fire risk. This was not Dali Tours’ fault, but no partial refund was offered and we just proceeded to go to the taverna we would later be having lunch at instead to waste half an hour of hanging around. We then headed to get the boat to Navagio, which whilst was amazing to see, we arrived at 11am when there were already hundreds and hundreds of people. The boat trip then continued to visit various caves, which were stunning, and included a swim into one of them which was an amazing experience. We then had a lunch at a very average taverna where it appeared we were given the “tourist menu” rather than being able to have the same food as the Greeks. After lunch we went to Exo Chora to see the oldest olive tree, which was good for some pictures, however most of our time at this location was spent being taken to a shop selling olive oil, wine etc, where I can only assume our guide received some kind of kickback. Our final stop was to Xigia Beach (not listed on the Viator description) which was great as it was nice to swim in the bright blue sulphur waters. Overall not a bad trip, but not good value for money and the description at time of booking is misleading.
5 star experience for all ages! Amazing!!!

This trip is probably the best “shipwreck”trip you can do in Zakynthos! Our tour guide George was great he went that extra mile for us to ensure we had a memorable trip :) Arrived at view point early to miss the crowds! Beach was near enough empty and what a view! Great for photos. Then drove us round to board our small/medium boat with refreshments on board (beer €2) which took us to shipwreck beach. Was busy but got even busier when we left as extra large groups came on boats. Spent approx 1 hour there! We then went on to look at several other small caves around the coast and also swam into the blue caves! Which we believe not many tour companies do as the tide is so strong! Next stop was lunch at this traditional Greek taverna which was lovely and the staff were so friendly - homemade wine which was a nice touch After lunch we went to view a 2000 old olive tree and also tasted some local delicacies from that area (wine, liquors, olives, cheese, olive oil and bread etc) drink and eat as much as you like haha!! Also can had opportunity to purchase these items if we liked. Last stop on the tour was Xigia Beach (also the top famous beach in Zakynthos) where the sulphur caves are! George our guide took us to the sulphur cave area that no one really dares to go in alone as requires going underwater to get into the cave which can be quite scary for some! what an amazing experience (sulphur water freezing and smelt likes eggs but totally worth it) great fun!! Whole trip was honestly amazing from start to finish - states 6-7 hours but was 8!! Fantastic… you’re missing out if you don’t do this trip! Plenty of water throughout as was 42 degrees! And in a large air conditioned Mercedes mini bus (16 guests) would definitely give 5 stars!!!! Thank you

A must in Zakynthos
, Jul 2021
Tour guide was friendly, helpful and joyful. The order of the activities wasn't like what the website said. That meant that we couldn't see the Shipwreck beach from the view point at midday when the light is perfect and that we sailed to the Shipwreck beach when there was a lot of people. On the other hand, the tour guide gave us extra time and he showed us a good view of Zante and at the end left us the first ones at home bcz we were the first ones being picked up early in the morning.

The best tourist guide I've ever had in my life, he speaks English better than I live in the United States, haha, he took us to places that weren't on the tour, we bought some great things from him and the tour was wonderful, very beautiful places Greece is extremely beautiful.

Esperienza fantastica con una guida unica
, Aug 2021
