Terrible booking.

Booked a wine tour for two people in a town car. Instead we got a driver from out of state who had no idea where we were going and knew less than nothing about our destination (Virginia wine country). To make matters worse he was driving a giant van with some kind of canister rolling around in the back and which he had no experience driving. Almost put us in a ditch trying to negotiate a tight turn. Only positive is he was a nice guy. Will not use Viator again.
