Our tour guide was great! I only wish the tour could stop at the Jefferson Memorial. Try not to sit facing backwards if you can help it. It’s difficult to see what the guide is talking about until after you pass it.

We had a nice time seeing the Monuments at night, the weather is cooler. It was nice to ride in mini cars that we could jump in and out of. Our tour guide seemed new

Sarah was a knowledgeable and engaging driver that went out of her way for her passengers! She had a great mix of facts about DC and fun anecdotes to keep us guessing-even as VA natives. Loved the overall electric cart experience on a beautiful late summer night.

Fun but not so 'guided' for us.

The carts themselves are fun, and great way to travel to see the monuments, though be prepared to feel a bit exposed to the other much larger vehicles on the road. You have the benefit of travelling with a small group and getting an almost private tour. One risk of this is you may be more susceptible to getting an unprepared guide. Our guide was more of a driver, and a bit of an erratic one at that. She was certainly very friendly and nice, as was everyone involved, but not truly ready to give an informative tour that cost nearly $300 for 4 people. At least it wasn't quite what we had in mind. Also the radio earbud you are given for listening to the tour may be more difficult to hear than the audio systems you might find in the larger buses or vans. I found myself trying to listen to the interesting information being given my the more established tours that parked nearby. Work out some of those kinks and this will be a much better experience.

Cameron is WONDERFUL we love him as a guide. Super knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Funny and considerate. Being big girls he was concerned about how small the leg room was in the car and our comfort. Get bigger seats for big people. That tour is well worth every dime!!!!!
