Stopping at the Lincoln Memorial and standing where Martin Luther King gave the "I Have A Dream Speech." Mr History was very knowledgeable, especially about President Lincoln. The details he shared about Lincoln's life made the memorial visit more meaningful.

The address you gave us was not where we were supposed to be. When we tried to reach you on your website it said this website was not open. Every time I tried to make a phone call it was busy busy busy. We did not take our best trip because we were unable to find the stop.

Going through Viator is NOT wise. I paid for the gold tour, which includes 1 stop. We did not stop to Arlington and was told I should of paid for the silver tour which does not include the 1 stop.. I want a refund but no one has reached out to me. The company who does the tours our guide was wonderful!! No complaints. But don't go thru Viator!!!!!

Hello Karen, I am sorry you are having troubles with the website. The Gold tour does have an Arlington National Cemetery ticket included in the price. Our City tour is 90 minutes with one stop at the Lincoln Memorial and it returns back to our Washington DC Welcome Center. We do not shuttle guests to the Arlington National Cemetery. Please contact me directly and I will help you with getting a refund for your unused Arlington National Cemetery tickets. guestrelations@historictours.com or my number is 904-547-3074.
