Best tour ever!!!

It was an excellent tour. He explained like a history teacher. Maybe even better. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kind. It was the best thing to do with my kids, instead of not knowing where to go and walking in the hot weather, and visit all the places that we need to visit at once was great!! So after the tour, we knew where to actually go in and visit. He was a true guide!! Thank you Nick!!

Our tour guide Nick was SUPER cool, really knowledgeable and friendly. We rode around, saw soo much. It’s definitely better than a tour on a bus because of the open air cart you get the good views and they’re able to get around traffic. It was really an amazing experience to get you to see everything. We were even able to get dropped off in front of the museum on our way back! This tour is a MUST !

We were late and were left and not provided any way to meet up with them. I would’ve liked to reschedule it some sort of refund.

Our tour guide was excellent. She knew so much about DC that we had never heard about before. Fun riding on the cart, (especially after the rain stopped) it is so easy to view all the sights.

Awful. Wrong meet place given. O efforts to assist when wrong location given. Contact number only answered once and then after that never answered

Hi Kirsten - thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to learn of your experience, we endeavour to be transparent about what our trips entails, especially where and what time to start our tour, as it benefits no one, neither passenger nor the company, to find out on arrival. That being said, it is also disappointing to hear about when trying to call through to our local team for assistance, we will liaise with our local operations team to further investigate with what happened with their number. Thank you again for reaching out.

Our driver provided excellent commentary with a touch of cynicism. He included tips about restaurants and destinations not on the tour. Worth every penny and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour.

Excellent Electronic Cart Tour of DC

This was an amazing tour of all of the monuments and memorials in Washington DC. We loved hearing about everything from Tom our guide about the history of our great nation. It was so nice he has lived here his entire life and had personal stories of taking his family to presidential Inaugurations and the pictures he shared were just the icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend this tour if you are looking to learn about our nations history and have fun with the family.

This tour was perfect for our little family of 3. We picked the 2 hr tour because we have a 2 year old. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. He always offered to take pictures for us and gave us enough time at each site to soak it all up. We never felt rushed. I'm so happy with how this turned out. I would absolutely consider doing more things from viator! Thank you so much for this memory.

Bruce was great! Our little history buff was in heaven! It was perfect for our mixed group of adults, teen, tween and a “little”. We got to see monuments that we haven’t seen before because of the walking distance and parking situations. We also were able to modify the stops. Highly recommend!!

Five stars for Alain and a great way to see and learn about the National Monuments!
Jessica_L
, Jun 2022
We loved our tour guide, Alain! He was such an amazing person- full of knowledge and humor. We did the 10am monument tour with our family of 6- it was very nice to be able to zip around the National Mall with 2 parents, 2 teens and 2 grandparents in tow- a golf cart was a perfect way to get around quickly to see many sights at once. Alain was a wealth of knowledge and provided a level of depth of information that even a history buff like my husband could appreciate and learn from the tour. We could have easily spent a day with our guide, as it was entertaining and informational for all of us! The meeting location is large- so allow yourself some extra time to find the exact location. That's our only tip ;)
