Terrible service

This is NOT accurate to what you get for your trip. Do not buy this. Go directly to the Versailles website only to guarantee you get what you want. We were denied access after paying with no reimbursement options.

Rip Off

Rip off, is not too strong. There was no beat the queue, the entry is free on a Sunday and the audio free too! Zero point in paying for a ticket. WHY did you charge for this?

Meh

So FAST TRACK (Skip the line etc) only works in the summer per a Versailles employee. Major let down, waited in line for 30 + minutes, on their FREE day, double disappointed. So just buy the regular tickets from the actual venue.

It was nice. It was easy to find the line. The tickets worked and we went right in. Versailles is beautiful and well worth seeing.

Your booking system double booked our tickets and I got charged twice. You’ve still not refunded me for the spare set of tickets.

Useless Tickets

The actual palace is absolutely gorgeous and well worth seeing. But these tickets are worthless. They claim to “skip the line”, but they really just allow you to skip the nonexistent line to buy a ticket. You still are required to stand in an 1.5+ hour line to enter the palace. Also, any ticket will allow you to get an audioguide (in your preferred language) as they just hand them out like free candy.

Worth the Visit!

We went on a Sunday, even after seeing online that weekends are the busiest as you can imagine. Having a ticket doesnt mean you will get in, because about thousands of other people do too. I planned to go after a garden tour, which is less restriction than the inside of the palace. I planned to go in the last hour it was open and by then the crowd died and there wasnt a real waiting time, so it was perfect!

Versailles Must Be Seen

When you visit Versailles expect lines and crowds. Security only had one station which slowed the line. But go knowing this and you will a great visit. Definitely use the Audio. Each room is described and how it was used. Adds greatly to the experience, We took the RER train from Paris for about $15.00 round trip.
