Harbour Air Seaplanes, Unit #1 Burrard Landing 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3, Canada
From downtown Vancouver, begin your journey along the Sea-to-Sky Highway aboard a mini-coach. (Pickup from your hotel is available upon request.) Your guide brings the trip to life with history, current events and personal anecdotes.

On the road to the 2010 Olympics and to Whistler, pass 7,000-foot (2,134-meter) mountains, the second-largest granite monolith in the world and the third-highest waterfall in British Columbia. Stretch your legs inside the new Aboriginal Cultural Centre and Museum or the Adventure Centre in Squamish.

Upon arrival in Whistler Village, explore that afternoon some of the Olympic landmarks and shops. Or, try out some of Whistler's many activities, including ziplining, Peak 2 Peak, and many more (own expense).

In the early evening, hop on a shuttle back to Whistler Air/Harbour Air base and check in at Green Lake, Whistler Terminal. Your 6pm (May 1 to June 11) or 7pm (June 12 to September 30) seaplane flight makes a splashing landing in Vancouver's Coal Harbour.

Beautiful views, Informative Guide, Breathtaking Flight Over the Peaks

Our family with three children in their 20s thoroughly enjoyed the bus ride, day visit in Whistler, and plan ride over the mountains back to Vancouver. The Peak-to-Peak gondola and the suspension bridge experience were the day's highlights until we boarded the sea plane to go back to Vancouver. Seeing the mountain range up close from 7,000 feet up was stunning and memorable.

Having visited Vancouver city before...

Having visited Vancouver city before, we wanted to see something of the surrounding area. I do not think this tour can be bettered for value or interest. The bonus, being given enough time to take the cable cars up to the top of the mountain's at Whistler, with ample time to explore and savour the views. Exciting and fun. The coach trip up to Whistler was very comfortable, and the stops offered a chance to see some amazing scenery on route. The icing on the cake is the seaplane flight back with spectacular views, rounding off a most memorable and great value day. We only do things like this occasionally in life .Do it right, and you will have a memory that will last all your days. As will this trip.
