Your half-day sightseeing tour begins with pickup at select Vancouver hotels or the cruise ship terminal. Grab a seat in the comfortable coach for a guided trip through this vibrant seaport city, starting in Gastown. Hear about the historic district from your local guide as you cruise down cobbled streets, then continue to Chinatown—boasting the largest Chinese population outside of China.

Leave the urban terrain for Stanley Park, a remarkable 1,000-acre (405-hectare) wonderland of 500,000 cedar, fir, and hemlock trees. Stop at Prospect Point—the park’s highest peak—for splendid vistas of the North Shore Mountains, Lions Gate Bridge, and Burrard Inlet, and marvel at First Nation totem poles at Brockton Point.

If shopping is on your to-do list, enjoy a stroll down Robson Street, where bustling eateries mingle with upscale retailers and independent boutiques, as well as touring Granville Island's colorful Public Market, selling art, coffee, and a range of delectable foods.

Conclude your day with a trip to the Vancouver Lookout atop Harbour Center. Take the high-speed elevator straight to the observation deck—more than 550 feet (169 meters) up—and admire the grandeur of the city, the mountains and the majestic Pacific Ocean.

Your tour ends with drop-off at your original departure point.

Dry documentary

I think the tour is suited for the more mature attendee. As a younger family (ages 20-45) the tour felt more like a dry documentary. This made it feel long and drawn out.
Great experience.

Great tour in Vancouver.
, Aug 2022
Our tour guide was excellent. Narrated our entire journey extremely well. Thoroughly enjoyed the sights. As an added customer service, although I left a sweater on the bus I emailed at 8 pm and Scott texted me at 7:00am the next morning and returned my sweater to me. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me.I haven’t often taken Viator tours and have never been disappointed.

The tour allowed us to see parts of the city we would not have seen on our own. I appreciated the commentary from the driver to explain what we were seeing.

Baz was wonderful! He was helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Was especially impressed that he remembered everyone's names. It was the perfect way to be introduced to the beautiful city of Vancouver. Loved that we were able to be picked up as we left the ship and then taken to our hotel at the end of the tour. Extremely enjoyable!

Tour was nice but the description stated “stroll down Robson Street” which we didn’t. Description stated “tour would end at Vancouver Lookout atop Harbor Center”, which it didn’t. Tour guide said that was an old description but was willing to take us their since his next tour started there.
