Hot and uncomfortable

We took your connector from Victoria to Vancouver and once we embarked on the bus, the driver Russ informed us that the air conditioning was as cold as it gets. Which was to say, that it wasn’t working. Our rides at both ends of our trip were uncomfortably hot and unbearable. I really hope this gets fixed and no one else goes thru this.

BC Ferries Connector -- Just the best

, Jul 2019
My husband and I travelled from Vancouver BC to Victoria BC and also did the return to YVR at the end of our Victoria visit using the BC Ferries Connector Coach Transfer. What a delightful experience. The drivers were courteous and friendly, the busses were very clean and the connections were flawless. I would book these arrangements again without hesitation.

Really excellent standard of travel

Surprisingly few people on the 1.30 which we had caught having left Whistler at 10.30 to Burrard St which was late in due to traffic. We caught the tube across town and had 15 mins to spare so time for the check in rest room and eat our lunch before we left spot on time. Great trip to the ferry and even lucky enough to see some killer whales in the distance as we reached Vancouver Island. Trip then to Victoria and a shuttle bus was offering lifts to the hotels which we used. Perfect journey

This is the cheapest way to go to...
MOJOREDD

This is the cheapest way to go to Victoria. Make sure you leave plenty of time to get to the bus terminal. It is a bit confusing as to where you go to board the bus. There is no narration on this trip and no directions about what to do when you get off the bus after parking on the BC Ferry. Go to the passenger decks 5 or 6. 6 is the sun deck and best views. Make sure you get back to the bus when the driver tells you. After about a 45 minute trip you are dropped off at the Government Street Bus stop behind the Fairmont Empress Hotel. The BC Ferry people located inside their facility will call you a cab to take to your Hotel. This is strictly transportation.
