i needed medical attention.

all 3 stars are for our tour guide CJ. The atvs were not safe at all two out of 10 people in our group fell off & one had a really bad fall with need of medical attention & none was offered. someone else in our group ATV KEPT BREAKING... our driver made us walk 40 minutes to him... they switched our reservation to 8:45 when we booked 12:45 then they told us it was full. our tour guide CJ was great all around! but the tour... not so much.

Great staff, very fun tour!! And safe they kept the groups small so you didn’t need to interact with too many people. Make sure you bring swimming shoes for the cenotes and a lanyard to carry your phone!! Overall amazing tour!!

Great excursion. Transportation was on time, early actually and waiting for us. Property is large very bumpy though. Great guide and great group of people. Worth it especially for the price.
