Incredible experience! My wife and I did a tour of the South West on our first day in Mauritius through Sam Tours. We loved it so much that we booked this whole day tour of the North! Our guide picked us up from our hotel and provided us with a detailed experience of Port Louis, the Citadel of Port-Louis, the Botanical Garden, and then some! Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided us with an in-depth account of the North part of Mauritius! I would recommend Sam Tours to anyone visiting Mauritius!

I recommend this tour. The driver arrived 10 mins late but it was a clean car, he was quite friendly and took creative and excellent pictures of us. We also asked him to take us to alexandra falls though it wasn’t on the list and it was an hour a half away. The thing is our tour was on sunday and we weren’t informed that most of the shops were closed but other than that I highly recommend this tour.
Clean town, friendly people, crime free, nice roads and the North is the place to be for Night life lovers.

Raj is an excellent tour guide, we were picked up from the hotel and then taken to the north of the island and city Port Louis. Raj was very knowledgeable and very kind. Tour was really good with plenty of places to visit and places to see. Would recommend going with them again to see the vibrancy of Mauritius and learn about the History of the country.

Good day out with Pawu who was very patient and answered all my queries about Mauritius and its people. You will most definitely enjoy the sites of Port Louis and a guided walk through the central Market to taste refreshing Alouda Pillay and see the various crafts. Citadel's Birdseye view was a sight not to mention the Red Church and its serene beach. Pawu will not let you go without tasting Halim Mouton and roti you won't regret it.
Unforgettable experience in Mauritius.

Our driver Deepak was so lovely. We visited a tea tasting, downtown at Louis, the beautiful botanical gardens, had lunch with the locals, tried some delicious rum and toured a colonial house. Our wishes were his command. Very interesting and highly recommended.

It was a very well organised tour with a very nice and helpful driver. We went to the market in Port Louis, visited a tea museum (including tea tasting) and went to the Botanic Garden. Besides these highlights, there were many small stops. The driver gave us interesting insights into the history of Mairitius and the culture. Morever we ate some local Food. All in all, a very successful trip.

Got a very informative and comfortable tour with Vikash. He shared a vast amount of information about the history of the country and commented on all milestones that we've past on our road. Vikash was very polite and attentive to my questions and requests. Program is well planned with glimpses of vibrant Port Louis and serenity of the botanical garden in Pamplemousses being the major highlights of this trip.

I did both North and South tour with Baboo. I was glad I had him both days as it takes a very patient guide to be with me to take all the photos I want to take. I would highly recommend this service as I booked it because of the reviews. We saw so much in the two days and was a great way to see the island as a solo traveler. I took a few days in between as they are very full days. We got some amazing photos and very fond memories of the beauty!

The driver / guide was helpful, kind and courteous. He did not bother us with too much talking... but we had a guidebook with us, so it's no problem at all.
The car is clean and comfortable, with a good WiFi connection.
We enjoyed the tour so much: Mauritius' Northern part with the capital is nice and interesting. The Pamplemousses is a really beautiful botanical garden.

We just came back from Mauritius, and looking back- my husband and I loved this tour the most of all. Our guide was amazing, he showed us how much culture there is in Mauritius. Port Louis was beautiful, as well as the botanical gardens and so much more. Our guide also customized this tour to show us some views along the way and we just learned so much from him! I will recommend this tour to all my friends
