Main
The only traditional and common Japanese “Sanuki Udon”
This udon is delicious with just noodles. Let's eat "udon no sashimi" which can taste the texture and the flavor of wheat with simple seasoning. You can choose your own toppings from toppings sold in Japanese supermarkets selected by the instructor, so free style is very fun.

BEST THING I DID IN TOKYO

Had the most fun night with this legendary Udon master! We went on a wednesday to the address, just a bit of a walk from the Sensoji Temple, and found the location with ease. We walked in smiling and didn't stop laughing and smiling until we left two hours later. We made udon from scratch, and our Udon Master had surprises for us throughout the time. Then we set the table and dug in to the best noodles I've ever had. Just sitting at the table with the Udon Master and eating was the best part, talking and slurping and laughing. Such a great night! (He can accommodate between 2 - 8 people, and I think the more the merrier!)

Thank you for participating in the udon experience. First, you praise me too! It is my first time to be called legendary Udon master, but I am very happy. You were very good at using udon utensils so that you might be better than Japanese. It was the first time I taught udon with such a smile. I was very happy and it was time to study. have a nice trip!
