Sushi class was the perfect kickoff to our trip. Our instructors were lighthearted and fun, while showing us how to make beautiful sashimi and boat sushi. They also even provided a photographer who took over 100 pictures of us, no additional cost. Highly recommend this to anyone who loves food and cooking.

The class was really easy to follow and amazing to watch, I learned how to make basic sushi and was helped and guided the whole time. I also got the chance to enjoy sake tasting as well as some other Japanese cultural areas.

Couldn't ask for a better teacher

Our teacher was excellent. We had a great morning preparing sushi and then eating lunch with her afterwards. The ingredients were very fresh and the lesson informative but not too technical. The resulting sushi was delicious. We chose to include the sake tasting with lunch which was worth the extra cost - we were given a selection of three from four and could chose how much or how little we tasted of those. The teacher did her best to answer any questions we has about sushi, sake or Japan in general.
