The trip is very well organized. We had plenty of time at every objective. We were lucky and it was a gorgeous day. Our guide was extremely kind and well informed and gave us a lot of great information. The waterfalls were gorgeous. So were the 8 ponds.

yuki was a superb tour guide. she was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. kept us entertained on the bus with information and films which was appreciated on long drives. the lunch provided was not good. was a bento box but not a japanese one!!! i would recommend eating at the eight ponds as the food stalls were plentiful and very tasty, so dont waste money on the lunch included option. i wish we could have had more time at each stop. would rather have got home later in the day and spent more time there than getting back to tokyo at 6pm. the most time we had anywhere was 40mins, but saying that alot was crammed in the day.

The tour guide was excellent, you have to stick to the time schedule though, but they won't leave you behind. Great view of Fuji from fifth station, and best pictures I took was coming back, great scenery! Ponds were amazing, I managed them all, and the temple, but you gotta run! Overall, best experience in Tokyo/Japan!

Pleasant Tour for Mount Fuji - I would recommend it

Booked this tour as its not straight forward to get to the fifth station of Mount Fuji by public transport. All their other sightseeing was not on my list of things to see, but I was not disappointed. I took this tour in October so weather will always be the biggest factor whether or not Mount Fuji is visible. I was lucky to see the crater. It was an early start but I needed to give myself more time getting to departure point. Our tour guide, Yoko, was so friendly, full of energy even when we got struck in traffic on the way back to Tokyo. The lunch bento box was great, I would recommend paying the extra for it.
