3 Day Tour Petra And Wadi Rum

First I want to say how wonderful it was to visit Petra and Wadi Rum. Second, I'd like to say that Fun Tours needs to write more details about this tour!! In the description of the tour they don't let you know how many stops along the way, how long these will be. How long you have to wait for other people that have taken different tours (there are one, two and three day tours) all trying to coordinated rides back to and from Tel Aviv. Also, did not tell us that there was a four hour stop in eliat. And, then had to wait at the border for hour and half waiting for people to catch bus (didn't get back to Tel Aviv until 1:30am) Also, lunch first day is so late between four and five, they need to let you know to bring lots of snacks, since you've been traveling since 3am!! Also it would of been nice to know to bring warm clothes for camping. We were freezing. Other then those things tour was awesome. Bus drivers were very good and safe! Tour guide was a little grumpy. Maybe been doing this job to long and needs to retire! Lol

Hello, we feel we include all the possible details in our tour and product pages. of course it is impossible to include every small detail, but the wait in eilat is specified and explained. of course the stops during the ride are impossible to predict because the driver makes the stops according to the passengers and when they need to make a stop.

Stunning Places, Terrible Tour Operators
Cristina A
, Nov 2019
Visiting Petra and Wadi Rum is great. These are two magical places in the world. However I will not recommend using this tour operator at all. Do it yourself from Amman. The tour operators used are awful, plus can be very aggressive and disrespectful. The hotel in Petra is a dump. Viator does not tell you it takes 10:30 horas from Tel Aviv to entering the Petra Park gates. If you go for a day, that is just 2hours 30 minutes at Petra. And if you go back to Tel Aviv in the same day is another 8 hours. The Jordanian operators are very disrespectful too. Wadi Rum was a better experience and the camp was nice, cleanish, good food, though very noisy at night and in the early ours. Tour in Wadi Rum could be better though. I give a Terrible qualification because of the bad customer service and disgusting, filthy hotel in Petra. The tour is operated by third parties that are on one hand agressive and rude, and in Jordan very disrespectful.

Rude driver!

We got picked up by this rude driver from the border back to Tel Aviv! When he dropped us off at David intercontinental I asked him where’s my bag? And he just yelled at me like I’m supposed to know where he put my bag! He dumped my bag underneath a few bags and he dropped us in a corner that was so dark! How am I supposed to see that! Because this lazy driver just wants to sit without helping the guests! Also the people they have in Jordan were rude!
