Put us in the wrong tour group

The booking agent put us in the wrong tour group, so we missed the whole moring part of Masada. There are a lot of similar tours, you can easily found a substitution and probably with better organizing.

Tanto la guia ,Telma ,como el chofer fueron un 10/10 .La guia que hablaba un excelente español era muy conocedora del tema y a parte muy amable y atenta con todos del grupo .El chofer muy correcto y desde el comienzo del tour tenia el aire acondicionado del bus entorno a los 20 grados que es la temperatura ideal y no como otros conductores que disfrutan con temperaturas debajo de los 17 grados e ignoran a los clientes .Cono nota negativa la parada de playa en el Mar Muerto la vimos muy saturada con mucha gente.
