We booked this ride more than a week in advance. When we got to the airport, there was no car! We tried to “chat” with customer service (which isn’t actually IM, it’s send us a chat and we’ll email you a response) to no avail! One of the phone numbers listed on an email didn’t even work! Thank goodness the gentleman working at the information booth were so diligent in trying to contact this place. After sitting at the airport for almost 2 HOURS, our car finally shows up. He told us our “booking was lost”. I don’t know who lost it but it sure did suck paying $96 to endure what we were trying to avoid!

Dear, - The driver tracked the flight through Flight Radar Pro (As normally do) - The driver sent a text message upon landing advising them his name and also advised that he will meet the travelers inside the terminal after 30 minutes of landing. - The driver arrived at the meeting point 30 minutes after landing as mentioned in the text message. - The driver could not locate you and exhausted parking and exit 45 minutes after his arrival in the terminal. - The base tried to contact you on the given contact number without any Luck. - NO SHOW Declared. - 15 minutes later central received a phone call from Virgin domestic terminal rental car desk. This is where passengers were waiting. - Another vehicle was sent for the you than booked one was given a NO SHOW and left the Airport. You gave us a phone number and we couldn´t find you by any mean. We are sorry this was your perception, but we did our best to contact you con time. Kind regards,
