I had pre-booked airbus for our shuttle transfer from circular quay to the sydney airport and the morning was a shambles with a line up of over 50 taxis and buses lining up for passengers. Airbus kept us well informed and we negotiated an easier pick up point so we could get to the airport on time. The driver was friendly and very efficient in the traffic and got us to the airport in time which was seriously looking like we would miss our flight if we hadn't have changed the meeting point. We are very appreciative of the great communication and effort that the staff of Airbus gave us. I use them everytime I am in Sydney.

We waited for over an hour to find a company transport. Got on and the 4 of us were promptly kicked off. When we asked why we were told our name was not on their list. Since we were from overseas we had no way contacting the company, the driver said he would let the office know about our predicament. We took another shuttle with a different company to the airport. We received an email later in the daywhile we were in flight which said to take a taxi and charge the company. No real apology for lack of service. I wouldn't recommend them. Very Frustrated.

We were to place a call when we got off the ship. Had to place 3 calls before it was answer .shortly after 7 am Viator should provide a confirmation of time pick up requested in the confirmation email so we do not have to call and rack up phone charges in another country as we did not have a package for this. . No marking on the van. We had to locate the driver, would have expected him to have a sign to find us. Made a stop at a downtown hotel to pick up passengers. We thought it was direct from the Port, Driver was good helped us with luggage and got us to our terminal in good time.
