Departure & Return
Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected start time for pickup. Your operator can coordinate exact time and location.
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Infants must sit on laps

- Ticket valid for a one-time entry
- The driver will wait for you up to 15 min from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator hotline to inform them of the delay. The driver has the right to charge you SGD10 per 15 min
- Please wait outside your hotel lobby or at the designated pick up location at least 5 minutes before pick up time
- Operation hours of the conservatories are between 9am and 9pm, daily; last admission is at 8:30pm
- Please call the operator if you are unable to find your driver
- If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- Most travelers can participate
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
