The tour guid was never been in Granada and we wasted lots of time. We did not see the city , and it was included in the tour .

The guide knew nothing about Granada, saying that she had not done this tour before and was only told at 10pm the previous evening that she had to do this tour. She got lost in Granada, got flustered, and was rude to customers. We did not get the Granada that was promised. I blame the tour company rather than the guide. They should give us a partial refund. The local guide who did the Alhambra tour was very good, though.

Our original tour guide was sick so Alberto became our guide for the day. We were impressed with how he transitioned from English to Spanish so well and his knowledge of historical facts. We could understand his English so well and wished he was our guide for our other tours of a Spain.
