Our guide had exceptional knowledge and was very friendly. The knowledge and explanation of the Jewish quarter was excellent.

Well the guide was really good but the group was heavy in Spanish speaker. There were very few English speakers so some information were lost in the language.

20% English and 80% Spanish

This is not an English tour but a “hybrid” tour where the guide just repeats himself, except I had to translate from Spanish to English to my boyfriend the whole time cause he mostly talks in Spanish and translates the bare minimum. The guide spent 45 minutes at the cathedral going over the significance of the toenails inside each saint’s relic and each local virgin instead of providing relevant information. The group was bored and dispersed and he had no audience awareness of this.

Hello Andrea, We are sorry that the tour was not to your liking. Regarding the content of the visit to the Cathedral of Seville, it seems strange to hear your comment, the guide who was with you has been teaching the monuments of the city for more than 25 years practically every day of the year, and we have never received a comment like this to him. Anyway, we appreciate your comment and we will see what happened. Thank you.

Good working tour.

Great way to see the top two sites in Seville. Tour is very informative. 3 hours is too long though and the tour guide spent too much time on small detail like the tiles or wall architecture instead of giving more general information about the history of the buildings etc.

Had to cancel because of covid. No refund. I think that’s unconscionable. When your country moves into the red zone, you should offer some flexibility

A must see a n Sevilla!!

Excellent walking tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the history of Sevilla and every area she took us. Beginning at Jardines de Murillo gave us the opportunity to appreciate the development of the area, the Jewish settlement and how Sevilla was won by Felipe III from the Arab people. Having the opportunity to go up to the top of the Giralda tower was a breathtaking experience as well as visiting the Christopher Columbus mausoleum. In sum, also a must have in Sevilla!!

Tour of Alcazar and Cathedral
Mallory_H
, Jun 2021
Tour was in both Spanish and English so each stop ended up taking a long time and there was a lot of waiting around until the guide finished the other language. Felt like we could have gotten more information if the tour was only in one language, as described in the booking. Also, the microphones/earphones had a lot of feedback so I ended up keeping the headpiece out of my ear most of the time. Pace was too slow, but the guide was nice.
