Best Tour Guide and Great Vehicles

Joe was the best tour guide ever! I’ve been on Jeep tours before but he set them apart. That’s not even mentioning the scenery. Picturesque views and in the best Jeep Gladiators in Sedona.

Our guide was very very knowledgeable—and we really enjoyed taking the off road ride in the back country— the red rock background was awe inspiring— he even brought us to a vortex spot— it was a very enjoyable experience

Bad experience

The guider was late and we didn’t go in the Jeep because of the way they offered was not comfortable. The manger was not professional, he said we can reschedule and we were talking to him and let the Jeep leave and then said I can’t reschedule or refund it. He wasted our money first, and ruined our last day in the year, and put us in frustration for the big a mount that I paid. I don’t recommend them at all.

Over priced

Way too expensive. Especially charging full price for small children. Guide was nice and knowledgeable . Shared way too much of his political thoughts for my taste.

Great experience! Loved our guide - I forgot his name but he’s the one with long hair and Indian Jones type hat! Very knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed. Recommend!

A great day in the back country!

Getting very close to the beautiful red rocks was definitely the highlight. The drive in the back country winds through some of the red monoliths. Our tour guide's (JC) knowledge of the various trees and plants used by the natives for food and medicine was very interesting. He also took us to a suspected UFO sighting area, where we encountered campers who had been there for days, hoping to catch a glimpse of something in the night skies. It was a slightly bumpy ride, which we thought was kind of fun!

Disappointed
Livia
, Nov 2020
Disappointed my family was reassured masks would be worn on the tour since we could not book a private tour. The company took no responsibility for what we were told because “we booked through a third party.” The third party didn’t even give us the option to contact the company directly- we tried. You’d think if third parties were doing their business for them they would communicate the same policies and take even some responsibility for us being completely misinformed. Not even the guide wore a mask. He would not ask the people sitting next to us to because they “can’t enforce it.” They could at least encourage it. Every other establishment we visited in the area respected the Sedona mask mandate and required them. Our guide was still as accommodating as possible, we learned a lot from him. The trip was enjoyable thanks to him despite the heavy traffic and rude passengers we shared the Jeep with. Would give him 4/5 stars. Wish we could have spent a bit more time at the one spot we stopped.
