Earl was an EXCELLENT tour guide. We went to several unusual places such as the Japanese Tea Room and Waterfall Garden. Earl is funny, irreverent, and knowledgeable. This bus is really comfy and Earl is so friendly that right off the bat, all of us - four different groups of tourists - were on a first name basis!! That made it really special. AND - 5 stars aren't enough to convey how touched and thrilled we were that Earl went out of his way to bring us something we lost. My young son left his favorite, special penguin mask on a bench at the locks. He was so upset. :( The next day we got a text that Earl had gone back and found it for him, and was returning it to our hotel! I'd give him 10 stars if I could for going above and beyond to make my son's day! Do I even need to say this... HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Earl was outstanding and entertaining. We saw areas that we would not have seen on our own. We learned much about new & old Seattle. My 15 year-old grandchildren enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Earl!

We thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Earl’s humor and knowledge of the city. Kept us entertained, made several stops as necessary for us yo get coffee and go to the bathroom, and at the end he asked where each of us would like to be dropped off, in.case we decided to revisit a specific location.
