Disappointing - only the transportation was of value

We've been on many Viator tours and this is the only time we have been totally disappointed. The tour guide gave very little information, other than anecdotes during our tour. The Coffee part of the tour was only at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, whick offered good information but only a taste of one type of coffee. We could have done this better ourselves if we had a car to use.

Hi Teresa - So sorry you were disappointed. Our tour guides give more general information during the transit, and defer to the experts at each of our partner stops, The Roastery, Fran's Chocolates and Browne Family Vineyards to tell the deep dive stories of their businesses. We understand you would have liked more samples at the Roastery, but we do list that as the sole coffee stop, though it sounds as if perhaps you were expecting a variety of different stops. Sorry that was unclear. We take customer feedback very seriously Please email us and let us know what date you took the tour and we will follow up info@showmeseattle.com.
