My husband and I took this tour on Sunday, April 25th. I highly recommend it! Our tour guide was Janie. She was amazing!! She helped us when we weren't sure of where we were (to park--we were coming from HHI). She took us all around Savannah, Tybee Island, and Fort Pulaski. She was very knowledgeable at every point of interest that she showed us. I have trouble walking, and she customized our tour to accommodate my issues. I cannot say enough about Janie, she is a true asset to the company that provides this private tour. I cannot thank you enough, Janie, for a wonderful day!!!

I wasn't overly impressed. The tour of the historic district was done in the car. Quick stops at Forsythe Square and the pier. Didn't visit the light house. Longer stop at the fort. Tour guide didn't seem interested in the content although he clearly knew the material. Good basic overview if you haven't been on other tours but expensive.

For our first time visit to Savannah, Dan our guide provided us with a great overview of the historic downtown as well as other interesting parts of the city. A native of Savannah, he had a deep level of knowledge of people, places, buildings and commerce which made for an informative 3 hour private tour.
