They agent didn’t give us the right reservation. We were completely embarrassed and weren’t able to eat breakfast in the morning because she took so long making the reservation. Then we missed dinner because we thought we were going to eat on the boat. One of my worse ever experiences

Great info from the narrator who was responsive to questions posed. Sad we didn’t see Dolphins but learned a lot about the history of Savanah.

Didn’t really learn anything about the history of Savannah. Just seemed like a normal trip up and down the river

Great river port history cruse.

The boat was beautiful and the guild very knowledgeable and entertaining, the refreshment prices were high and they did not even have what was clearly advertised. The only other negative was time of day I chose as it was really hot which made the trip less enjoyable, which started with the long slow boarding process with no shade.

Comfortable but boring

I didn’t consider the boat trip much of a sightseeing it is more of a informational tour about the industry on the river. If you work in shipping trade or perhaps you were craft-man then you will enjoy it far more than I did. You learn thing about how they make pressure Board for cheap furniture- Teenagers were bored. The ride was smooth indoor seating is comfortable with air-conditioning. Even if you don’t have the ticket with the say there is food available to order and there’s a bar.

Riverboat cruise

The cruise itself was nice. The information about the water front & river is educational. Make sure you’re there early to turn in your online or printed ticket for a paper ticket from the ticket booth to board. Recommend if you want to learn about Savannah’s busy river & ports on a nice leisurely cruise.

Cruise was great! Seeing a dolphin mama and baby was the best. The narrator was annoying but I guess necessary.

We had fun. Saw some dolphins took pictures. Overall pretty relaxing. Couldn’t hear the narrator most of the time though and the line for food/drinks was way too long. Good thing we ate before getting on the boat and brought a soda and some candy with us.

The tour itself was great! However, the ticketing process was a mess. Having purchased my ticket online and arriving around 3:15 we still weren’t able to get on the boat until 3:45 because of the lines we had to wait in. When we finally got our printed tickets one employee at the riverboat ticket booth told us to “hurry up you might miss the boat” which we thought was uncalled for and kind of set us off because we were on time, but the poorly ran process was the reason we were “running later”. We ended up missing the photo op at the front of the boat and of course got on too late to find a place to sit. Again, The boat tour was worth it but we couldn’t grasp the concept of online ticketing if we still have to print them. Terrible boarding process.

Great Staff, Beautiful Day everything was perfect!! Highly Recommend. We went during the week and the wait to get on the boat wasn't bad at all.
