Glad we chose Kelley tours!

We thoroughly enjoyed the land and sea tour! Our trolley driver was Kathleen and she was SO FUNNY! My husband and I are from Alabama and she had an ongoing joke with him and his accent. We were there for a weekend and took several tours and her trolley tour was our favorite! The riverboat was a nice add on. I will say- once we loaded it was over an hour before we took off. Some probably enjoyed the time to view the boat, etc but we were on a time schedule like many others. Either way, it was very enjoyable. Not to mention, the trolley will come get you at any time and take you back to your car. It was great, overall. Ask for Kathleen when booking!

The tour was very good. Big Scott knows his town very well. He seems very proud of Savannah and he knows where to go and what to do. Very friendly and entertaining. Highly recommend especially with Big Scott.

The 90 minute trolley tour was about 70 minutes and enjoyable. Then the bus driver stopped and asked who needed a ride because the tour was over. The advertising stated the tour stopped at river street, so we had parked there in advance. We walked to river street for the riverboat portion of the tour. We got in line and waited in line around 30 minutes. When we got to the front, we were turned away because it was the wrong ticket. We had to go to the ticket booth, which had another line, and swap our tickets. We got back in line for the riverboat after receiving the “correct” tickets. Then we were turned away again because the ticket booth had stamped my tickets for 1pm and it was a 3:30pm boat tour. Back to the ticket booth again!!!! We were dead last getting on the boat. There were no seats left with even a somewhat acceptable view, and all the while dragging a 6 month old and stroller around. There were no instructions on the website or email that we would have to exchange our tickets, and the ladies at the ticket booth kept saying our “third party” was suppose to tell us to exchange our ticket. This was a miserable experience. I would not recommend this tour, nor would I do this tour again. Firm no for me. Now I understand the frustrations the other reviewers had left.

great job by Gray Line. we made reservations on web. someone called us before our tour to set up a place where they would pick us up. a shuttle bus picked us up next door to our hotel and took us to the trolley. The trolley tour was very informative. we learned some history, culture, place of interest, and recommended restaurants. Big Scott was our driver. He dropped us off at River Street where we would board the Georgia Queen. Also a very interesting tour up and down the Savannah River. We enjoyed both tours.

this tour is really 4 1/2 hours long...not 3 hours as stated

The tour was very informative....but the total time states 3 hours ...we went on the 10am tour expecting it to be finished by 1 pm....it was not over until 2:30 pm. This created several scheduling problems for our family.... But we did enjoy the tour just know that that the tour is really 4 1/2 hours long

Land Tour: Kathleen was our tour guide. Had a lot of enthusiasm. Safe driver, knowledgeable, saw a lot of the historical district and beyond. Trolley was comfortable. Enjoyed it Riverboat Cruise: boat was lovely. In retrospect we would have skipped this because it wasn't very interesting. We could have stood on the dock and had a knowledgeable person point out key landmarks and had a much better experience.

We enjoyed the land tour and riverboat sightseeing tour. If you want to know about Savannah’s rich history in a detailed and compact way. This is the tour to take. It starts by the van picking you up at your hotel right on time and take you to the trolley. Our guide tour John of Gray Line was very knowledgeable of Savannah history. The 90-minute Riverboat Cruise was equally excellent. We highly recommend this tour.

To begin, the booking agent at Grayline Tours was helpful and accommodating. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about Savannah's history. The river boat tour was especially nice because food and drinks were available and I could also puff on my cigar. I loved visiting the shops along River Street. This tour was totally worth the money spent. P.S. This is my 3rd booking through Viator. I am still quite pleased with this excursion site.

We were left down at the river front with these blue wrist bands on but weren't told to get in the line to get an actual ticket to get on the river boat...we thought the blue wrist bands were enough
