Excellent tour! Expect to get down and dirty - we went during the rainy season and there was A LOT of mud (it added to the thrill). Overall, it is the perfect tour for someone looking for an adventure.

The tour was wonderful, we were picked up on time, our tour guys Felix and Elias were very organized, make sure we were safe and they were full of charisma. The yunque is a beautiful gift from nature, this is a must do when coming to PR. Ask for el maletero mas Feliz de Puerto Rico as your tour guide.

Fun in the rainforest waterfalls

Excellent experiences with excellent guides. The picture is misleading though as they make you wear a helmet and lifejacket. Also prepare for your shoes to be waterlogged and deeply muddy. A bit more free play around the waterfalls and jump rocks would have been great but difficult with the numbers of people there.

Awesome but tiring day in El Yunque

This experience is not for the faint of heart, but it is absolutely awesome! The hike down to the river is not bad at all - although a bit muddy and some people (myself included, lol) slipped and fell. Once down to the river, you have the option to decide if you want to hike up to the waterfalls or hang out down at the river and people watch. The hike is quite difficult and tiring, but once you reach the waterfalls, it is so much fun and such a unique experience! At the end you get to pick a cliff dive and, if you want, go on a rope swing. Afterwards, lunch at a fantastic local restaurant. The day was very tiring but so worth it. Just make sure you are prepared for what’s to come, and bring shoes that can get muddy and wet!

Frankie and his team were funny with great attitude. He was knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. The most memorable part of the trip was when we jumped of the cliff into the water.

Felix, the driver and another tour guide named Tarzan were absolutely amazing. From pick up to drop off they made everyone feel like family. I'm so glad we were able to have them as our guide. I would definitely come back and book another tour with them!

Our guide, Felix, and bus driver were both amazing. They worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. The group was pretty large so there was some waiting while hiking but, it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely do it again. I’m not sure why other tours we saw did not have life jackets and helmets, but I’m glad we did since I had kids with me (9 and 12 yo). The difficulty level was not too much for the kids and they had the most amazing day!

This tour is a must Felix and his crew made the entire trip worth it. My husband and I can’t say enough about how l knowledgeable they were and we felt safe the entire time. We experienced a small hike and then two slides down the rocks, a rope swing and you we even got to jump off one of the rocks. After the tour they took us to an amazing restaurant where we enjoyed some great fish tacos and the coconut mojito is a must. If you get a chance definitely do this excursion.

Felix and Christian made this tour amazing! Their energy is infectious and made everyone around us happy and excited to be there. Mitchel (lifeguard) was also wonderful and pulled us to safety more than once. We enjoyed all of the activities and and would recommend this tour (and awesome guides) to everyone. It was an amazing experience! 1-2-3 PUERTO RICO!!

Vacation Highlight

This was a fabulous tour. The minibus picked up up at our hotel exactly when stated. Our tour guide Frankie was the best. He explained everything so we knew what to expect and also was very knowledgeable about the rainforest. I felt very secure with the safety precautions (helmet & life vest) and the attention/care that Frankie and his associates gave each one of us. Most of all we had such a great time learning about the flora, going down the water slides, and jumping into the beautiful clear, cool water. Tips: You can bring things like phones, money, and sunscreen that you don't bring on the hike but can leave in the locked van. Definitely bring a change of clothes and shoes because you will be wet. We stopped on the way and purchased fresh fruit smoothies and used a bathroom. After the tour we stopped at an adorable local restaurant for yummy lunch, so you'll need money for that. Highly recommend this adventure!

I went on this tour with Felix and it was one of the highlights of my trip to PR. I felt very comfortable and safe as an inexperienced hiker. The rock slides were very fun and a must-do activity. All the tour guides make sure you are having a good time. I would recommend water shoes or hiking boots you are okay with getting wet because you will spend a lot of time in the water.

Amazing and friendly tour guides. Beautiful walk through the forest. The water felt so nice! It’s a must do! And it was the only company I saw there that had us wear protective gear which I was super relieved by.
