Unfortunately I was squeezed in a middle seat and my views were blocked on both sides. My husband sat next to the pilot but they crammed 5 seats in the main body so 2 people faced backwards and 3 forward. My seat was on a hump and 1 leg on a bar. I could barely close the seat belt and 2 people close to 200 lbs squashed me in yet the driver directed the smallest and thinnest guy in the 2 person side so I could not see much. For the price they should not have 5 in the main body; it ruined it for 3 of us.

The cabin was very warm/stuffy and too crowded. This is not for tall or large people. This tour was too long to sit like sardines for us. The shorter tour may have been more comfortable. Also, the captains commentary was inaudible. Probably because of the mask.

Excellent, both in the pick up ride and on the air. It covers much more of the city than we expected, not just the bay. Many thanks

It was a very professional and well organized adventure. The helicopter ride had beautiful views and all the staff was kind and helpful! I highly recommend it to those out of town and folks like me and my kids that live in the area but want to see the amazing city from above!
