Tour staff was great. I had a glitch when ordering tickets and they made it possible for us to get on the tour boat we had asked for. The cruise to Golden Gate, Alcatraz and the bay area was informative. People on the boat were helpful and safety precautions in place. Thanks for making our trip on the water one we won't forget.

It was a wonderful cruise of the SFO bay. However, Viator has listed incorrect times for this cruise. If I had waited till the last day in SFO and tried to do the sunset cruise according to the times listed on viator, I would have missed it.
