From the beginning to the end our guide was very knowledgeable kept us entertained with all the different sites and history of San Francisco. The vineyards were each unique all beautiful. We also learned how to properly drink wine! And after all the wine tasting we still prefer our whites. Will definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to spend their day seeing San Francisco and enjoying some of the finest wine.

A great tour, from the driver to all of the hosts at the wineries. I took my mom on this trip as a present for her 50th birthday and would definitely recommend to others. Would definitely recommend wearing flats or sandals next time though :)

The 3 wineries we visited were uniquely different and each was great in itself. It was a beautiful day and we made great memories.

Good guide, poor tour.
Jennifer_K
, Sep 2021
Our tour guide was great, but this is not a great tour for a representation of Napa & Sonoma. We didn't go to any of the beautiful wineries. If you're looking for a personalized tour with the classic Napa/Sonoma views, this is not it. You're taking a generic tour with a coach bus FULL of people with this one. Was disappointed overall.
icon Response from Host , Sep 2021
Hello Jennifer, Thanks for your feedback. We have a set itinerary for our buses and we're proud of the winery partners we work with, some of them are the older representatives of the region, but we understand your opinion if you were looking for a personalized tour. In addition, we would like to take the opportunity to inform any future customers that we're keeping all our buses at 75% capacity to allow social distance between the different group members. Regards, Andrew Sales Manager Gray Line San Francisco

Not What I Was Hoping For
Sara
, Sep 2021
I really wasn’t too impressed with the tour. Though the tour guide was knowledgeable about wine I don’t think that the price of the ticket is equivalent to the amount of wine you get to try. The bus was hot and the food at Sonoma Plaza isn’t the best.
icon Response from Host , Sep 2021
Hello Sara, We're sorry that our experience did not meet your expectations. Our tour includes between 12 to 15 tastings which we consider is a fair amount of wine for the price of the tour. We would suggest asking us for recommendations when having lunch at Sonoma Plaza; there are outstanding restaurants in the area that can make anyone's day. Thanks for appreciating the knowledge of our tour guide. They are wine experts and love doing their jobs. We're looking forward to seeing you again on any of our other tours. Wine tasting

, Sep 2021
The hosts were really nice and very informative. I do recommend bringing a jacket for the Golden Gate Bridge because it’s very cold and windy. But wine country warms up quite a bit, by like 30 degrees difference.
icon Response from Host , Sep 2021
Hi James, thanks for your kind review. I will pass along your message to the winery hosts and our tour guides. I agree with your jacket recommendation. As we say in SF: always wear layers; you never know what season of the year you will face during the day! Please come back soon to any of our other tours. Xavier General Manager Gray Line San Francisco
