The most memorable evening in Rome

It`s true a social experience with beautiful italian dishes and plenty of wine. The most memorable experience was the singer Elisabeta and the accompanist Danielle. If you really love italian opera this is the most noticeably event to listen music in a comfortable manner. I thank them very much for this beautiful evening. You are combining both the traditional food, laughter, music and the company of friends. Johanna was a gracious host. For me the sound of the evening in the voice of Elisabeta was the most important thing. Thank you very much!

The singer and musician where great, but the service not so good. Permanently had to be calling the waiter, who paid no attention to our drinks ever! Everybody too piled up. We were mixed with some other group of women having a private celebration. Some of them completely drunk, who rested atmosphere to our venue. We were expecting something completely different. Too long intervals in between singing. Very disorganized. The place looked more like a regular cafeteria than a private italian show. Too expensive for what we got! Had no ambiance, or classy appeal.

Johanna speaking - the dinner hostess, organizer of the evening and owner of Wonder Rome - I am honestly a little bit chocked of your review. I really thought that both of you had a good evening; I sat next to both of you, we were talking and laughing together, you took pictures of me and the artists and at the end of the evning both of you thanked me for the evening and seemed very happy. Why did you not tell me immediately that you were unhappy? The evening is a social dinner and normally we sit together; you could have told me that you wanted to have a table by yourself. The dinner is an all inclusive 10 tasting menu with 2 glasses of wine, prosecco and a limoncello. One of you had a specialmenu due to allergy for tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, zucchine, pepperoni, pepper etc (mediterranean cuisine) and you seemed to be grateful that a fullcourse dinner (considering the allergy) could be arranged with short notice. Both of you prefered beer instead of wine and I really hope that the reason for this review is not based on the extra beers requested and not included. I know that the artists are great. The singer has a very passional and emotional voice that might encourage unexpected feelings during the evening. I did not understand that you were uncomfortable with the attention given by the others at the table. I appologize and I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy the evening; for me you remain a great couple.
