Enjoyed our tour guide,...

Enjoyed our tour guide, however, would not recommend the company. We were going to be 15 minutes late due to a marathon happening outside and they charged us 30 euro pp to rebook, however, when we arrived for our rescheduled tour we didn’t even leave until 20-25 minutes after the start time.

Unfortunately not what we’d hoped. Our guide struggled to communicate and answer our questions. Didn’t learn as much as we’d hoped. But the skip the lines worked well and saved a lot of time.

This was a great tour - I’m so glad I booked it. We wanted to spend a bit of time exploring the historical side of a Rome and this did just that in the perfect amount of time. The meeting instructions were clear, the guide was actually one of our favorites from our entire trip - he was clear and engaging and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend this tour.

Worst audio tour guide ever

This was the worst tour I’ve ever been on. You are better off with book and a crude map. The map that they give you has numbers that do correspond with the on-site feature/structure. They even tell you that the map and items don’t match up. You have to wander around and find the title of the item and then find it on the map and then enter the item in the audio guide. After a while we stopped listening to the audio guide and did our own thing. Get an actual tour guide with a person. I would never recommend this to anyone else and Mario at the cart with the check in and audio guides wasn’t helpful at all.

Dennis was absolutely the best tour guide I have had, and I have been in a million guided tours! He was the nicest dude, extremely knowledgeable, made the tour fun, and was always willing to answer every question we had. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.
