We had a fantastic day with a great guide. Unfortunately we were unable to due the glacier hike/ice climb due to inclement weather which they kindly told us about the night before and offered us a full refund or the option to do the tour without the hike/climb. So, while I cannot speak to the hiking/climbing part of the tour, we ended up having a great day nonetheless. Our guide was great and showed us around the highlights of the south coast. He was highly knowledgeable and we moved around at the perfect pace. He was also resourceful and had backup plans and ideas when there was an unexpected road closure on part of our trip. I would highly recommend this trip.
