VERY CONVENIENT!!

Very much accessible and very convenient. All you have to do is just wait for them. Most of the Staff are very friendly. Will be back probably in the summer, will do the same itinerary.
Definitely book all your trips...
Michael_D, Feb 2017
Definitely book all your trips before you go. It'll save you a lot of money compared to booking there. Also, book to see the Northern Lights for your first available night. It gives you the most opportunity to see them because each unsuccessful trip out will lead to the offer of a further trip during your visit. We managed to see them at the very end of our tour and it was very much worth the cost of the trip. If we hadn't gone on our first night, however, we'd have missed out because every other night of our 4 night stay was snowed off. We went whale watching and really, this was the only negative of our trip apart from the cost of everything. As we left the harbour, the girl on the microphone announce that it was highly unlikely we'd see any whales as whale season was around summer. If you're travelling during winter, bear this in mind. You might see an occasional porpoise or dolphin and these count as views. We didn't see anything at all and were given a ticket for a free trip any time in the next two years. The Golden Circle Tour is an absolute must. Geysers, volcanoes, tectonic plates and waterfalls make this a must-do trip. If you aren't the best on your feet though, remember that if you walk down a few hundred steps to get to better view points, you will also need to walk back up the steps to get back to the bus. Now the not-so-good bit: The cost compared with UK is very high. We me and wife took 500 in IKr for a four day trip. We also took 600 sterling for just-in-case. Well, the just-in-case came on the third day! Obviously, the advice I've given above about booking trips in advance wasn't given to us so we paid more for our trips and if we'd pre-booked it would all have been paid on the debit card but including trips and food we really did spend a lot of money. First night meal was a 14 pizza and a pint of lager each... 3,800 Ikr around 27 We called in an Irish bar and I had a pint of Guinness... 1,500 IKr 10 Don't let the cost put you off though. It is worth going for the many unique sights you'll see and memories you'll have for ever. Oh, finally, take plenty of layers. Thick coats, hats and gloves and decent walking shoes are a must.

Timely transfer from airport to our city center hotel
Conrad_H, Sep 2022
The transfer was easy and convenient. At the airport, we were directed to our bus which then left on time for the hotels. We were staying in the city center, so at one of the hotel stops a mini-bus met us to transfer us from the large bus and continue to the city center. We were then dropped off at a bus stop that was only a two minute walk to our hotel. We would definitely use this transfer service again.

We had to walk too far to get to the bus, but the ride to the hotel was fine. We were happy to be dropped up close to our hotel.

But don't use Viator
halharper, Apr 2022
The driver was early (four perspective) and loaded us immediately once we made contact with him. But don't use Viator to schedule tour of the Northern Lights. When the tour company cancels the tour, Viator won't refund the money!00
Well organised. Would recommend.

Katrina_I, Dec 2021
Was told couldn't be dropped off at our hotel but the driver dropped us right outside. He was really polite and didn't say he was going to do it which made a good surprise as we thought we would have to walk for 40 mins. It wasn't the driver that told us, he could not but someone else in the airport

Shuttle from airport
Jeanne_E, Nov 2021
Timely, helpful and professional. But getting out if the freezing rain and wind was the very best part.
