Biking Around Portland

This was definitely the best tour I have ever taken on Viator. We rode our bikes around almost every neighborhood in Portland and saw things we would never have seen otherwise. Our guide knew so much about the history in Portland and we saw murals, poetry, art installations, had a long discussion and vegan "milk" tasting at a small coffee shop. We took our time and rambled around the city. I do have to say I am not a biker at all, but the pace was comfortable and our guide was patient. The tour ended up going over 4 hours but both my daughter and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

This tour was absolutely perfect!!! My boyfriend had to work for a few hours while we visited, leaving me with 3 hours to kill by myself. I couldn't have been happier with this tour. Sarah was such a great tour guide. She knows her city very well!! So much fun facts and information. The sites were great! And it was an easy bike ride. All three hours went by flying. I would recommend this tour for anyone who is looking for a great inexpensive and fun tour around the city. I went by myself, however this can easily be just as great with your partner, friends or family.

My wife and I alway like to take a walking or biking tour as a way to become acquainted with a new city. The bike tour with Around Portland Tours did not disappoint! During our ride, our tour guide Lee not only provided information on the area's most well-known attractions, but also shared the stories of lesser know places that added a richness to our understanding of the people and city of Portland. Had a great lunch afterward at a food truck in Cartopia recommended by Lee. Great way to start our vacation!
