the description oversold this experience. The tour offered breakfast, which turned out to be snacks and a banana (A good banana). Lunch was good. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. The tour included crossing open water in a smallish boat, which, while expertly handled, gave a rougher ride than most landlubbers would be accustomed to. The tour does come with a warning about people with bad backs, but a stronger warning might be appropriate.

This was a truly perfect trip for me and my husband. Tour guide was very knowledgable. Although he had to speak in 4 diffferent languages, he made sure he covered everything. Customer service of Viator was also very responsive and picked up the phone very quickly any time of the day and answered all of our questions.The beauty of Holbox and Paradise Island already makes this trip unforgettable, add an excellent tour guideto this and it makes it just perfect. Will definitely take this tour again when we come back to Playa del Carmen the next time.
