I got the half-day tour and it was what we needed: a quick tour with a knowledgeable guide that optmized our time very well. Great value. Just beaware that on Sundays the prosciutto production doesn't work, you'll still see the final product (great pics) and the guide will explain how it's made, but you won't see the process live (they do show a video).

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour, The tour director was well informed and very personable and made a group of strangers on a bus from different countries feel right at home with each other. The cheese making and prosciutto processing facilities were interesting but best of all was the tasting portion of the tour. We highly recommend this tour.

Wanted to be sure to experience Parmesan Reggiano and other staple foods in this region and this tour exceeded our expectations. Wonderful day with our guide to see the art of making Parmesan cheese, Parma ham and balsamic vinegar accompanied with lunch. Do the full day tour it’s a great experience!
