The tour was very accurate and on time for leaving and returning. The guides vere great but we did an audio tour and the palace was so crowded that other guests almost pushed us from room to room and that gave us a very limited time to enjoy all the splendor. Not a chance to listen to the whole audio commentary in any of the rooms. Confusing at times and we felt a bit like sheep being hearded. Beautiful gardens and not as crowdy there. Five stars to the tour company, less for the Versailles experience itself.

Comfortable air conditioned coach. Guided through the entry process....very fast and efficient....thanks to the tour operator.. Plenty of time to marvel at the wonder this palace is.....massive beautiful gardens.....hard to comprehend that someone used of such a work of art as a home.....something everyone should see in their lifetime if they have the opportunity to do so. It was another unbelievable day that helped to make this bucket list checkmark well worth the experience.

The bus was late arriving at Versailles at 10:20am instead of 9:30m We has to wait 4 minutes under full sun, because our group was late. When we started the visit at 10:45, we only had one hour instead of 2, and therefore did not have a chance to see and do the gardens. All the bus passengers complained to Paris City Vision upon return, but they showed no concern at all. This was a very expensive booking for 5 people, for what was a terrible experience!!! You should not contract with Paris City Vision, or they should plan their tour differently not to cheat tourists in this fashion! They seemed not to care at all!!!

Great staff, very friendly and many languages spoken. The four hour tour advertised isn't exactly true, after the hour bus ride there and back we had 1:45 on site so just be aware you will only have two hours. There was a long site induction and instruction brief that really should have been done on the trip out they just needed to sit the different groups together on the bus to do this. It's a good trip and it gets you in as quick as possible.
