Paris Louvre Magnificent Museum Skip the Line Access Guided Tour

I’d actually like a refund on this tour..I was not notified in time of the meeting place...we missed the beginning of the tour and our “guide” did not have the 2nd kart if the trip tickets with her..the coordinator kept those and left even tho he new we were running a bit late due to lack of meeting place coordinates..we had to purchase a second set of tickets for the cruise

Our tour guide was great! He was very informative and gave a lot of history and facts regarding the Louvre and the masterpieces the museum displays.

The tour with Veronique was excellent. She guided us around the galleries expertly showing us some her highlights and explaining to us what we were seeing without going into overload

What a wonderful way to see the magnificent Louvre! Feret (apologies if mispelt) was an exceptional guide. His knowledge and enthusiasm brought the Louvre to life and make it such an enjoyable day!

I really enjoyed the tour and learned more about French art and history as well. Had an awesome tour guide/good company with other tourists.

We appreciated being able to skip the line, and also prioritize and focus our visit to get a flavor for the museum (knowing we could come back at a later visit in the future). Taylor, the tour guide, was highly knowledgeable and energetic. The tour, though, could have benefitted from more interaction between the guide and the guests - it was like listening to a long, non-stop lecture with no breaks, and after time, it became difficult to concentrate. We tended to linger too long on some of the pieces - it really dragged on - and we're geeky history buffs! For the cost, it might be better to rent the audio guides and venture out on your own.

Our tour guide, Josephine, was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job getting us to the front of the line at the time the Louvre opened. Josephine did a great job including the children (and teens), interjecting humor into the discussion and making sure that everyone was engaged. We went straight to the Mona Lisa once we arrived, then moved on to see the rest of the highlights from there. I would totally recommend the Skip the Line tour if you are pressed on time and don't want to miss the highlights of the museum.

Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Ari, our guide was the best we have ever had in our bookings with Viator. He was extremely knowledgeable, witty and very patient. This is a must tour for the Louvre. We would highly recommend this tour to everyone. More than a 5 star review!!!

My husband and I loved this tour! Our family of 5 was part of a small group of 12 for a 3 hour tour which was fantastic! We saw so much and got in at 9 when it opened at a side entrance (skip the line). Violette was so knowledgeable and we finished as the crowds were getting to be too much. We stayed for lunch in the outdoor café. It was long for the kids (15, 13, 11) but what a great experience!

The promise of an “art historian” guide distinguished this tour from the others, and it was worth it! Our guide, Oliver, was fantastic. Before entering, we got a quick history of the building, the Pyramid, and an orientation on what to expect. Our group was only 6 persons, very comfortable. We saw the most important pieces accompanied by Oliver’s engaging interaction and commentary to give us improved appreciation of the works and artists. The pace was just right. Due to about 20-deep crowd, we couldn’t get a close-up look at the Mona Lisa, but no complaints. We stayed on for a few hours and saw more amazing art.
