Upon arrival at the airport you must collect your luggage and proceed to the customs hall. The driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with the lead traveler's name written on it.

Price is per person, based on eight passengers per vehicle.

Please note: Transfers booked for December 24 and 31 are just available until 6pm.

  • Infants can be booked on this transfer if customers bring their own baby seat. Please note that supplier doesn't provide baby seats and won't accept infants without baby seats
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

I was extremely disappointed. No one was waiting with a sign upon arrival . Arrival instructions clearly indicated someone would be waiting, clearly displacing our last name . Traveling with children who are tired after an international flight can be challenging . We had no idea what to do . We asked someone who happened to be waiting for another client and they were gracious to help us . After an international flight we then had to wait for the driver to arrive . Our flight information was provided when booking the transfer . Needless to say I would not use this company in the future .

We arrived at Orly Airport from Nice, France. Out booked prepaid taxi was not there on arrival. They did send a message, on the morning of our flight but we where already on the departure airport in a long queue with our phones switched off and therefore did not receive it. We had to stand around untill we where able to get hold of the taxi operator. We where then informed that our taxi was cancelled. We have already paid the taxi company and then we had to stand in a queue for a long time to get another taxi and pay again. This was very inconvenient as we had a paid Paris tour waiting for us.

I'm not sure where to start, but the flight was only slightly delayed from 2pm (about 25mins or so) but they had my details (for the purpose of checking you would assume). I landed, picked up luggage and made it through customs/checking, then tried to look for a person holding the sign with my name. When I couldn't, I called repeatedly and so did my partner in another part of Europe before finally making it through to someone, who told me that the driver would have been there at 2 and delays were not able to accommodated. I emailed Viator and surprise, they said the same thing. When I asked Viator to confirm that their policy is not to accommodate delays, I got no reply (and have not since). If the driver was actually there at the airport, they would have seen the flight was delayed. Basically, don't use this service unless you're 100% sure you will arrive on-time (or earlier). We will be lodging a complaint with SignalConso (Consumer Complaints) on both Viator and the provider.

I booked this for my mum, who had never been to Paris before. That morning, I wrote an email to the company to let them know that her flight was delayed by 30 minutes and if there was anything she should look for when she exited baggage claim. I never received a reply. When she landed (4.5 hours after I sent the original message), they still had not replied. She exited baggage claim and NO ONE was there for her! I called the number provided and I was told the driver was there with a sign near a cafe. I told my mum to go to the cafe. NO ONE was there. I called the company back and was told the driver just parked and would be there soon. During the drive, the driver asked my mother for her number (completely inappropriate) and didn't even provide a bottle of water. In hindsight, I would have rather paid more money to a different company that was professional than to this company, who still hasn't replied to my two messages via the app.

I was not greeted by a driver when I excited the Airport terminal. I added a half hour to my proposed flight arrival to allow time to retrieve my bag. My flight arrived at 9:30 a.m., and I booked my arrival time as 10a.m. I waited for 45 mintues past the time; the driver was a no show. I tried calling the number that was provided when I received my booking confirmation and I reached a voicemail. I received an email about 12 hours later stating I had requested a refund, and that I would receive a refund in 48-72 hours. I was happy to receive the email although I had not reached back out to the company.

The driver was not there when our plane arrived. It took 3 phone calls to get a person to talk to. He directed us to take our luggage to the end of the terminal furthest from baggage claim and stand at the curb. A driver came by after some time and directed us without help with our luggage to walk across the parking lot where he was parked. All of this at 4 times the cost of getting a taxi at curb outside luggage claim.

I never received a confirmation from the tour guide. The tour guide never showed up at the airport to take me from the airport to my hotel. I had to get a taxi instead.

Our plane was delayed and although I tried to rea ch the tour company, I was unable to due to Wi-Fi access, however a very nice Frenchman helped us find a driver and the tour company took care of us from that point forward. Very wonderful!

We spent over 100 dollars to make sure my daughter had a ride from the airport to train station as she was in europe by herself, so pretty annoyed at 1am my time when no one showed up to pick her up. We helped her catch a cab which went fine. I've requested a refund but have heard nothing back yet. I would of course recommend avoiding this service.

I would have given this review 0 stars if I could have. The car showed up on time, no problem. However the car was a TAXI! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I could have saved myself 30+ euros by ordering my own taxi at the hotel. When I said I wanted a private car, I meant it and thought that’s what I was going to get. Violator FAILED on this one by ordering a taxi instead of a private car. Next time I want a private car I will order a private car from a limo service (town car is fine; I’m not that boujee 🤭).

I ordered an airport transfer for my elderly parents who don’t speak French. No one arrived for them, when the airline called Viator to help them, they were told they see the reservation but they didn’t have any drivers. My parents ended up arranging their own cab for 1/4 the price and I’m contesting the charge
