Numerous activities to do on the island. Ok food (hot dogs and burgers) but athe complementary drinks were delicious. It was nice to see the flamingos! The water slides were fun as well. They had banana boats but I didn't ride them. Transportation was prompt from my hotel an getting back was well organized. Highly recommend for girls trips and family groups.

Very bad experience with the bus transportation. Stay way from the tour with bus transportation!

The island itself is not bad. The kids had a great time with the water slide. But we had a bad experience with the bus transportation. We booked the tour with bus transportation last minute on Christmas Eve and the ticket clearly stated the tour departure time is 10 AM from our hotel lobby. When we arrived at the lobby around 9:45AM on Christmas day. We were told that the bus had already left around 9:25AM and we had to spend $36 out of pocket for a taxi to get to the island ferry because the tour company won’t reimburse the taxi fare and neither would they arrange for another pick up later on Christmas day. After the tour, we contacted Viator and they refused to reimburse the taxi fare as well. Missing the bus is not our fault as we are only following the tour departure time on our ticket. The tour company’s office was closed when we booked it last minute on Christmas Eve and there is no way to confirm the tour departure time. What’s more, the return trip on the bus to our hotel is also a terrible experience. Although we are the first group to get on the bus, we became the second to last group to be dropped off, which occurred after almost 1 hour after the bus departed the island. During the bus ride, we repeatedly asked the bus driver when will be our stop and he refused to tell us anything and just said that he has a planned route to run with a lot of attitudes. I strongly recommend you to stay away from the tour with bus transportation. It will only bring your frustration.

Not impressed, paid to leave early. Large slide wasn't running, no snuba available. Beach area was small and rocky. And cabanas were sold out immediately.

After 30 years of Coming… finally, MY BEST EXPERIENCE
SERRIE_F

At first I thought going to another island while I’m on an Island … I was wrong. The best experience ever and worth the price. The bus transportation, the boat ride over, many cabanas available off the private beach, snorkel the full four hours if you’d like-large beautiful and colorful fish, the food at Restaurant Marimana was top notched and still more grill hot dogs, burger, nuggets etc; Free drinks, the flamingos, turtles, Pelican Rides… I know I missed so Much. A MUST SEE. Definitely keeping it on my list of things to do!

Snorkeling and visiting with the flamingos were very exciting to me because they were new experiences. I’ve done excursions but this all inclusive was a perfect variety of excitement for me.

I did not ride the bus. I stayed with friends who rented a car and we drove to the De Palm Island dock. It was an easy process getting to and from the Island. We wanted a cabana but didn't know we had to reserve it ahead of time. We still enjoyed our time. Good food and fun in the sun!
