This cooking class blew my expectations out of the water. It’s a class but also just an experience. You get to pick what you make, talk about what food you want to learn more about, learn some history about traditional Mexican meals. You make a number of dishes that are easily recallable at home. And the place you do the cooking class is beautiful and outside. Miguel is at your service for whatever you need or want to learn about no matter what it is. Can’t recommend this enough!

The best Oaxacan tour so far. Chef Miguel and team were amazing. It was so much fun cooking and creating under their guidance. We will definitely do this again on another trip. We discovered we could make our own tortilla, then empanadas, molé (3 kinds) and delicious chili rellenos. They helped us every step but made it feel easy. If we had wanted to make something else they would have been more than accommodating. A wonderful experience.

Such an amazing cooking class!! We were picked up at our hostel and taken to the Quinta. We got to enjoy some of míguels house blend coffee while hearing stories and touring the on-site farm, learning about some of the unique ingredients. From there we went to a local molino and markets to get the remainder ingredients and than off to the races with cooking. Was fun, informative and most importantly delicious!
Cannot recommend enough. One of the highlights of our incredible week in Oaxaca.

AMAZING !!!!! out of all the classes I've taken and different locations, this class with CHEF MIKE was by far the best ever, everything detailed and hands on, cooking traditional wood stove i have not seen in any other classes, if coming to Oaxaca this class is a must !!! location was huge and beautiful, staff was amazing !!!! I cant speak enough of how happy I am with this class, looking forward to going back for more !!!
