The crew was fun and informative. They find the turtles for you and keep you safe while you swim in crystal blue warm waters. We had a blast! Highly recommend.

The journey on the boat out onto the harbor was like nothing we ever experienced before. As we head onto open water, we were bouncing wave after wave as we reached turtle canyon. Once being instructed what to do with our flippers and snorkeling equipment, we dived right into the water, finding our orientation with the lifeguard, and snorkeling our way to some fun. We saw 4-5 sea turtles before our masks fogged up, and admittedly, the crowds were claustrophobic at times, not to mention bumping into people in the water. However, the practice of snorkeling and swimming in the water with the help of a floatation device and seeing the open ocean for the beauty it is, makes up all the more for the experience. We were sad to leave even as the current picked up, entering the boat once again. Our complements to the crew for providing water to quench our thirst as we rode back to the harbor and shore. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

They were very informal and tried to make anyone who was uneasy with going in the water as in ease as possible. Seen a lot of turtles!

Definitely book this trip! The catamaran is comfortable and the crew is great. Turtle Canyon was awesome. We saw about 5 turtles, but they do leave as it gets busier. Make sure to get in the water early so you don’t miss them!

The real deal

Don’t trust the negative reviews. These guys were very professional from start to finish. We followed the lifeguard the entire time during our excursion and saw several turtles. They were also very aware of the needs of each passenger, and were quick to help if needed. We would definitely recommend this as a must do activity.

Snorkeling with Turtles

Staff where friendly& and gave the tour group some water saftey guidelines! Their needs to be more Life Haurds in the water during snorkeling for new beginners in snorkeling! Life Gaurd that was on duty while snorkelers where in the water was not attention to detail! Life Gaurd spent more time flirting&chatting with girls! When he should of been helping all new beginners while snorkeling in the water! The Captain of the ship said that the staff would be more than willing to take photos for the snorkelers that where in the water! I asked the Captain directly if he would take some photos of me snorkeling in the water! He said diffently he would! He said he could take at least three photos! He only took one of me when I was on the boat! After I got done snorkeling the Captain came up to me and gave me my phone! He said oh sorry but I never saw you while you where in the water so I didn't get any photos for you! That was diffently horrible customer service! Captain only spotted us two Turtles that where in tbe water! That was when all the customers of the tour where on the boat! Their where no Turtles in the water durring our snorkeling time!

Nice Catamaran! Just expect to see a few other boats in the same area, so there were a lot of people in the water at the same time.

Very murky water. Almost no fish and very few people saw the one turtle. Captain and crew were pleasant and did the best with bad water conditions.

No water visibility, no fish no turtles.

1st off it's difficult to find the boat, 1st timers trying to find which dock number, only to find out it's on the opposite side of where all the other excursions/boats are lined up. No signage/maps in the harbor area or guide to where to find the boats/gate. Once aboard It's a short ride to turtle canyon however the boat couldn't find his location anchor, which took about 15-20 minutes then another 30 minutes of trying to get everybody their snorkel gear and by the time people took their time to get off the boat, almost an hour and a half passed by. So you're literally in the water for 15 to 30 minutes not worth $180 per couple. There was no water visibility, no fish, no turtles no nothing. I've seen more fish on my own time snorkeling other parts of the island. This was a waste of money. Save your money tourist trap.
