Nice, could be better

The 3 star rating isn't as much a knock on the cruise operators as it is on the customers. We did this with our grown daughters, and they were terrified even though they are both strong swimmers, because the other folks with them were kicking and flailing around with no thought of who was around them. They both would up with bruises, and in fact my older daughter had to help one of them back to the boat. Needless to say, as soon as 50 screaming people were dumped into the water, the dolphins all took off, so that was that. The girls did have a great time snorkeling (once they got away from the crowd) and the dolphins did come back once everyone was back on the boat. The boat crew were awesome, and the scenery can't be beat. It's just too bad the other folks had to spoil it.

Aloha Jessie, We're so glad you loved our crew! Is there anything we could have done better that caused you to rate us four stars instead of five? If not, would you consider updating your review to five stars? Mahalo!

It’s was very wavy and too many people on board and I got huge bruise from falling I wish we were informed !

Aloha Destany, We are so sorry that you fell on board the boat! The deck can sometimes get slippery, so we always recommend that our guests exercise caution when moving about the boat. The weather and waves are not within our control. We do not cancel our tours due to rain or swell, unless it is unsafe to operate. We hope you can join us again someday for a shot at better weather. Mahalo and safe travels!
