Terrible service on this day!

The driver tour didn’t pick us up on our pick up stop, we had arrived there on time at our pickup stop but the driver tour didn’t show up! Me and my mother had to take the Lyft to a different hotel in order for us to catch the bus because that’s what the representative told me when i called on phone and she was being stupid. She keeps repeating everything that i had told her. So i decided to just dropped the call on her! Terrible experienced this is for us!

They never picked us up. We the email with our tickets said they were picking us up at 8:10. In fact all pick ups were starting at 7:40. We were at Ross store 4 pick up at 7:12 and no Roberts bus. I asked other tour drivers and they all said big green bus will be coming. At 8:30 I called to check, they were 10-15 min late for Pearl Harbor. I was told by Roberts they were there at 7:10 and left 7:12. Had 7 people so left. They couldn’t have had our name on list. She asked where I got time and I told her my email with ticket. Finally after 10-15 minutes of asking what they would do. They rebooked me for Sat. Then had to call several hours later since I didn’t get email. I was then told they didn’t have my email which I spelled out 4x for her. The girl when I called back had email to me in couple minutes

Our guide, Felix, was great. Learned a lot about Hawaiian history and saw beautiful landscapes. More time at the Dole Plantation would have been good due to crowd there.
icon Response from Host , Jul 2021
Aloha JMS, Thank you for sharing your experience with Felix. Also, your comment on spending more time at Dole Plantation. Our marketing department is looking at extending the time at Dole. However, we need to shorten the time at another stop. We appreciate your time and comments. Mahalo, George
