I couldn't enjoy and wasted money.

we went to the departure point on the e mail and actually it was not the right departure point. I made calls to the number on the e mail but he didn't answers. I couldn't enjoy it and I wasted my money. I also made a call to Viator and she said the departure point that Viator send is right departure point. At that time the departure point didn't open yet it opened at 10 o' clock and my departure time was at 9.

The departure point has not changed notes indicate that you went to the wrong location and called to have the whole group wait. Sorry you missed the tour

When we booked the tickets through Viator, had to give dates. Weather changed after we got there (booked a month out). Suspected we might get rained out. Called and they were happy to allow us to use the passes a day early. Wonderful flight, staff does a good job of preparing passengers. want the best seats? be one of the first two in line for the flight; front seat. Flights take 6 people. The pass was a good deal, saved a fair amount over the window prices.
