Easy to Cover Zoo
Chris
, Nov 2020
Great smaller zoo experience for the younger kids. There isn't as much space to cover as the Bronx Zoo or other places like that, but if you have smaller walking kids in tow, this is definitely a more manageable space and it feels good to cover the whole area without getting rushed. They also did a great job with timed entrances and allowing space for people to stay apart.

Saw a snow leopard and snow monkeys A good variety of animal in a compact setting Be aware on a cool day your camera lens will fog up in the southern animal exhibit

My reservation was mishandled by zoo
DeeDee
, Nov 2020
I booked a reservation for 11/7 for 2 adults and one child. When I arrived at the zoo I was told my reservation was actually for 11/8 and being that they were at capacity I was not allowed to go in on the 7th. Now upon further investigation I definitely did have a reservation for the 7th. It looks like someone either from the zoo or this app canceled the 11/7 reservation without my knowing and rescheduled me for the 8th. I am not available to go in on 11/8 and would like a full refund for the inconvenience of having someone change my original booking and then turn my family and I away at the zoo. I have all the information for my original booking for proof.

Money down the drain

The ticket we bought was not accepted for zoo entry. Though we purchased Sunday tickets, we received Saturday tickets. So we had to buy them again upon entry. So we spent double.

The Central Park Zoo is still beautiful, and even with some of the exhibits closed, remains a wonderful and peaceful destination for children and adults!! Everyone was appropriately masked and distanced. I had a great time, and I am over 60 years of age.
