  • Tours are not private. All helicopters seat 5-6 passengers
  • Tour operator reserves the right to upgrade, alter or terminate any or all sightseeing tours due to security, weather or acts of God
  • Weight restrictions may apply. In general, passengers may not exceed 350lbs (159 kg) and all safety equipment must fit properly
  • Parents must also bring proof of age. Children who occupy a seat will be charged at the regular rate regardless of age or weight
  • All guests must observe the following security requirements:
  • Must have a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License)
  • Must check in all bags with security
  • No handbags or carry on bags will be allowed on the flight
  • Personal cameras and video cameras are allowed onboard once they clear through security (disposable cameras available for purchase at heliport and will be allowed onboard the aircraft as well)
  • Stroller accessible
  • Service animals allowed
  • Near public transportation
  • Infant seats available
  • Transportation is wheelchair accessible
  • Surfaces are wheelchair accessible
  • Most travelers can participate
  • Masks are required for all passengers
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

Picked up by XL limosine! Contact was easy. The flight was breathtaking. It was possible to store (large) luggage at the heliform. The flight was smooth en the views were excellent. Absolutely recommended!!

I had booked a flight out of town , not realising it was out of the town . Would if had to miss the flight but a friendly staff member called kiane was easy going and friendly , she changed my flight to a closer location and was very pleasant to deal with . The flight was fun , safe , and very informative as the pilot flew around and spoke about the land marks we were passing , while also communicating with air traffic controllers his coordinate 😱🎧. Amazing service , thank you to everyone involved

I wanted a special experience for my sister and her boyfriend as they never been in New York or flew in helicopter before. Overall experience was great despite the President arriving and forcing us to reschedule the flight. Booking and date change was flawless, thanks to Kiani from the office who guided us through the process and even gave us superb navigation tips with pictures of a best way to get to the airport. Pilot and supporting crew were fun and professional, made the whole experience fun, easy and unforgettable. I will do it again next time I'm in NYC. Thank you

Taxi to heliport failed to turn up on time and was an hour late, which meant the flight was in the dark which I wanted to avoid. No one wants to take responsibility and have not replied to my email. Happy to take the money though

Nice flight close to the south side of Manhattan. But not around Manhattan. Should have passed at least one side of Manhattan up to Central Park...instead of circling around Liberty several times and flying back the same track to the heliport in the West.

Great flight, not so great service

The flight was beautiful but we had ordered the +sedan option and the car came 30 minutes late, which resulted in us being late at the helicopter. We couldn't reach viator as it was a sunday night, 6.15 p.m.. When we arrived the car left, we went on the (absolutely beautiful) flight, and afterwards there was no car to bring us back to the city, even though we had paid about $100 extra for that service. We had to order an uber ($50) to get back to the city. If you choose this flight, just order an uber to new jersey and order one back. at least then you know you will be on time.
